REFUND AND EXCHANGE
- All purchase transactions via COTTONICORN official Website, WhatsApp and TikTok are considered final. Orders cannot be cancelled once paid. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
Refund
- We only provide monetary refund for no-stock product(s). Refund process will take within 5 business days.
- For any case when customer paid more than once, they are require to send us proof of transactions and order number. We do provide monetary refund but 3% from the total value will be deducted for handling fee.
- Cottonicorn will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to courier. But we will assist you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.
Exchange
- We do not provide monetary refund for such reason like change of mind or not satisfied with the product that you have purchased but you are allowed to exchange to other products.
- You may returned the product within FIVE (5) days of parcel received and make sure the product undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn. 10% of the item(s) price will be charged if it is returned to us for more than 5 days after receiving it.
- Please contact us via WhatsApp and provide us with your #ORDER ID, product details and reason of returning. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
- All shipping cost are borne by customer (both return and new exchanged products) and we are not liable until product reaches our address (we do not accept walk in to our address).
- RM5 handling fee will be placed on top of the new shipping cost (e.g. RM5 handling fee + RM8 postage). Customer can request for an exchange with any of the products available only with the same value or higher. Any products with lower price selected for an exchange, the balance will not be refunded and cannot be carried forward to next purchase.
- All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
